Are returns free?Updated 7 months ago

Yes, UK returns are free if the value is over £100

  • We can offer a refund on items returned in an unworn condition with the tags intact within 30 days of delivery.
  • Refunds exclude any shipping fees.
  • Proof of purchase from us must be available to process a refund, and items purchased from a third-party stockist must be returned to the store they were purchased from.
  • Any items received in a non-sellable condition will not be accepted.
  • Please return the items folded and in their original packaging to us.
  • Items returned under £100 will occur a £2.00 return and restock fee.
  • If you have received an item as a gift, you may still send it back to us, but we will need the original order details and can only issue a refund to the original purchaser.

Please note PayPal transactions can take up to 24 hours, and credit/debit cards may take up to 5 working days to clear into your account once a refund has been made

Customers outside of the UK:

Returns outside the UK are accepted, but return postage is not covered.

Please see the address below if you prefer to send your parcel to us via your chosen method. (we recommend a tracked service, so you have proof of delivery)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
