How do I return items from outside of the UK?Updated a year ago

We are happy to accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item in the following circumstances - 

• The item has been purchased via the Seashellcsc website
• The item is returned in its original condition, unworn with tags
• The item is safely packed to avoid damage in transit 

• Customers outside of the UK

Please see the address below to send your parcel to us via your chosen method. (we recommend a tracked service, so you have proof of delivery)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
